IB RECRUITMENT QUALIFICATION 2022 :-
10th(Matriculation) or equivalent from recognised board
SALERY
RS 18000/- To RS 69100/- per month + special security allowance @20% of basic pay
APPLICATION FEES :-
Exam fee : RS 50/- and Recruitment process fee :RS 450/-
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
The selection would be done on examination and merit basis
EXAM TYPE
Tier 1 :
Online exam of objective type MCQs, divided into 5 parts containing 20 questions of 1 mark each on;
Tier 1 syllabus
a) General awareness
b) Quantitative aptitude
c) Numerical/analytical/Logical ability and reasoning
d) English language &
e) General studies
100 mark/1 hr
Tier 2 :
Offline exam of discriptive type
a) Translation of a passage of 500 words from local language to English
40 mark / 1hr
Tier 3:
b) Spoken Ability
10 mark/
Tier 4:
Interview/Personality test
50 mark/
