 Platinum



Platinum is a more precious metal than gold and silver. Platinum is a transition metal (transition meta) whose symbol is Pt and its atomic number is 78. The name Platinity is taken from the Spanish word "platina del pinto". Its literal meaning is "Little Silver of the Pinto River".
